Fully custom: Every piece is designed and engraved just for you, start to finish! 

50% deposit: Due once we agree on your project. It secures your spot and lets us begin. We will send an invoice to the email on file or of your preference. 

Fast turnaround: We move quickly once the deposit is received and we will keep you updated along the way. 

Final payment: The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete and packaged. We will send a final invoice.

Shipping: Your order ships as soon as final payment is received, so please be ready to pay promptly. We will update your order with tracking information.

No refunds or returns: Because we’re a small business, your deposit is nonrefundable and we’re unable to cancel a project once it’s underway. Thank you so much for understanding, it truly helps us keep creating for you!
