Refund policy

Hello and thank you for choosing MoviMakers for your custom engraving needs. 

As a small business, we start on projects shortly as they come through our ordering system. We cannot process refunds or returns once purchases are made. If you have an urgent request to change a customization, you have 1 hour from the time of purchase to send an email to Chelsea@movimakersllc.com to request the change.
